Abstract

Regenerative medicine represents a transformative frontier in biomedical science, offering the potential to restore or replace damaged tissues and organs by leveraging stem cell biology, tissue engineering, and molecular therapies. This paper explores recent advances in regenerative strategies, including pluripotent stem cell technology, bioengineered scaffolds, organoids, and gene editing. We analyze key clinical breakthroughs in cardiac, neural, musculoskeletal, and hepatic regeneration, while discussing regulatory, ethical, and translational challenges. The integration of 3D bioprinting, biomaterials science, and personalized medicine continues to accelerate the path from bench to bedside
